Food and Shoes
Went to Friend of the Farmers on Irving Place between 18 and 19th street. A very cozy, good comfort food dinner in front of a roaring fire, with very friendly service. Also, Savoy on Prince and Crosby Streets, good food and upstairs there is also a fire place which is really nice. Now Boqueria on the other hand, nice service, good wines but the food sucked, I had the shrimp which tasted like bad chinese food, and the Lamb meatballs that were rubbery with no flavor and the cheese was not fresh!

A great Restaurant and broadway play.
Saw the play "Hair" which was amazing!!! Than went to 11 Madison a great restaurant. The food was phenomenal and the service was great! They also give you a box of jelly candies that were great. There is a somolier that helps pair the dishes with wine and she rocked she picked wonderful choices for us. A little side note it was a cold and snowy day and we ordered Hot Toddies and they tasted luscious and warm, highly recommend!

Dinner at Le Bernardin
Last night went to Le Bernardin and it was amazing. I must say that it is now my new #2 favorite restaurant, right after Gramercy Tavern. The food was excellent, a really nice staff and the potato bread I could not get enough of. The deserts were great especially the one in the hazelnut category!

The Red Cat Restaurant and Museums

Recently went to the "The Red Cat" restaurant on 10the Ave and 23rd....the food was really good and the Bacon Tempura lived up to the expectations!!!!
Yesterday went to the Metropolitan museum, always inspires....It is so beautiful!!! Then went to the Frick museum on 70th street and 5the ave. Can't believe that was a home my whole apartment can fit into the dining room!!! But really amazing works of art. But there is also gardens inside and outside, great old clocks and furniture. It's really nice to relax in the atrium and just listen to the fountain.

Found a great cocktail dress at Nicole Miller
Found a great cocktail dress for a wedding at Nicole Miller in Soho. The sale staff were really nice and patient, tried on alot of dresses. Her dresses are great they have some stretch and rooshing (sorry for misspelling) so it complements all figures. Hides faults and shows off positives. If you need a dress try her dresses first, a friend of mine who is very curvy bought a dress there and she looks amazing. I am not curvy.. no hips and the dress is amazing it some how fakes some curve woohoo!!!!!
A Great Restaurant with a nice floor plan for a date
Went to Jean Georges, great food, so so to bad deserts, great service. But they have these booths that are inset into the wall so somewhat private, great for a romantic date. The chairs are amazingly comfortable and the tables are spread apart which is really nice!

Another great thing to do in New York City...BROADWAY
I just saw "Next to Normal" on Broadway....it was AMAZING! It was funny it was sad and the music was spectacular. The stand in for the female lead, Jessica Phillips was phenomenal. If you get a chance to see this I highly recommend it!!!! You gotta love Broadway :) The other shows I loved; "Jersey Boys", "Wicked", "Avenue Q", and "Chicago" to name a few!
